云南昆明大跨距桥架

云南昆明大跨距桥架由拉挤玻璃钢型材组装而成,适用于电力电缆、控制电缆、照明电缆及附件。与铁桥梁相比,它的优点是使用寿命长(一般设计寿命为20年),安装方便快捷、成本低(只有1 / 4的比例碳钢、不需要消防建设,一个桥的长度可以达到8米甚至更长),方便切割和没有维护。

1)电缆桥架、干线及其支吊架在腐蚀性环境中使用时,应采用耐腐蚀的刚性材料制作或作防腐处理。防腐处理方法应满足工程环境和耐久性的要求。

2)部分的防火要求,电缆梯架和托盘可以添加防火阻燃板,网和其他材料形成一个封闭或半闭结构,适用和耐火涂层表面的电缆桥架及其支持和衣架,整体耐火性能应满足有关规范或标准的要求。

3)铝合金电缆桥架不宜在防火要求较高的场所使用。

4)电缆梯架、托盘宽度、高度的选择应满足填充率的要求。电缆梯架、托盘的填充率一般可为电力电缆40% - 50%,控制电缆50% - 70%,预留10% - 25%的工程发展余量。

5)选择电缆桥架的荷载等级时,电缆桥架的工作均布荷载不得大于电缆桥架所选荷载等级的额定均布荷载。如果电缆桥架的支吊架实际跨距不等于2m,则工作均布荷载应满足要求。

6)在满足相应荷载的条件下,各部件及支吊架的规格、尺寸应与托盘、梯子系列的直线段、弯头相匹配。

7)选择电缆桥架的弯曲或引导上下装置时,应不小于电缆在电缆桥架内的较小允许弯曲半径。

8)对于跨距大于6m的钢制电缆桥架、跨距大于2m的铝合金电缆桥架或承载要求大于荷载D级的,应根据工程条件进行强度、刚度和稳定性计算或试验验证。

9)当几组电缆桥架在同一高度平行敷设时,应考虑相邻电缆桥架之间的检修距离。

Key points of product selection of long-span bridge:

1) When the cable tray, trunk line and its support and hanger are used in corrosive environment, they should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials or treated with anticorrosion. The anti-corrosion treatment method should meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability.

2) Part of the fire protection requirements, cable ladder and tray can add fire retardant plate, net and other materials to form a closed or semi-closed structure, applicable and refractory coating surface of the cable tray and its support and hanger, the overall fire resistance should meet the requirements of the relevant specifications or standards.

3) Aluminum alloy cable bridge should not be used in places with higher fire protection requirements.

4) The selection of cable ladder and tray width and height should meet the requirements of filling rate. The filling rate of cable ladder and tray can generally be 40%-50% for power cable, 50%-70% for control cable, and 10%-25% for project development allowance.

5) When selecting the load grade of cable bridge, the uniform load of cable bridge shall not be greater than the rated uniform load of the selected load grade of cable bridge. If the actual span of the support and hanger of the cable bridge is not equal to 2m, the uniform working load should meet the requirements.

6) Under the condition of meeting the corresponding load, the specifications and dimensions of all parts and supports and hangers shall match the straight line and elbow of tray and ladder series.

7) When selecting the bending of the cable tray or guiding the upper and lower devices, it should not be less than the smaller allowable bending radius of the cable in the cable tray.

8) For the steel cable bridge with a span greater than 6m, aluminum alloy cable bridge with a span greater than 2m or the bearing capacity requirements greater than the load of GRADE D, the strength, stiffness and stability should be calculated or verified according to the engineering conditions.

9) When several groups of cable Bridges are laid in parallel at the same height, the maintenance distance between adjacent cable Bridges should be considered.
