电缆桥架设计防水和操作边封温度过高问题

（一）加热电缆桥架在槽上比较适合用阶梯电缆桥架，结构排布采用靠近距离一边的树形结构形势。
（二）为了电缆桥架的美观和封闭，控制室到顶部采用托盘电缆桥架。
（三）控制检测电缆桥架选用全封闭式或者托盘电缆桥架，施工时务必离开。
（四）引上槽顶部的仪表电缆桥架一定要避开封热源和桥架的操作段。
（五）电缆桥架与节连接时螺丝帽一定要在里面，螺母在外面，以避免损伤电缆。
（六）桥架引出端管焊接时，尽量不要在里面焊接，避免损坏电缆。
（七）电缆桥架在转弯时，要增加支架的数量。
无论动力电缆桥架还是仪表电缆桥架，如果从美观和防尘来看，一定要选择全封闭和槽式电缆桥架。
