本实用新型提供了一种跨越河道或排洪渠的、施工简单、方便运行检修、整体性好、耐腐蚀性能好的电缆桥架结构。该电缆桥架结构主要包括采用钢筋混凝土梁式结构设计的横梁侧壁1、桥架底板2、盖板及用于支撑电缆桥架的灌注桩基础,其中盖板 3 开合式盖置于横梁侧壁 1 上方,桥架底板 2 固定于横梁侧壁 下方,由此形成一个贯通式的电缆安置通道,灌注桩基础分设于河道或排洪渠两侧,电缆桥架两侧悬挑于其上。在上述的电缆安置通道中,横梁侧壁 1 内壁上对称的设置有若干电缆支架 6,电缆支架 6 可用于置电缆,同时其固定端相对的一端还设置有可防止电缆滚动的凸沿。关于盖板 3 与横梁侧壁 1 的安装,上述的横梁侧壁 1 内壁的上端设置有呈梯级状的一级安装台,盖板 3 可开合式的安装于其上,结合横梁侧壁 1 及桥架底板 2 便形成一级电缆安置通道。同时,一级电缆安置通道的下端设置有小型横梁侧壁 11 及小型盖板 31,小型横梁侧壁 11的内壁上端同样设置有呈梯级状的二级安装台,安装于其上的小型盖板 31 结合小型横梁侧壁 11 及桥架底板 2 即形成二级电缆安置通道。此外,灌注桩基础包括基桩 4 与承台 5,其中承台 5 上端开设有嵌置槽,横梁侧壁 1及桥架底板 2 均可嵌置于其中。对于跨越河道或排洪渠的电缆桥架,本实用新型采用钢筋混凝土梁式结构设计, 使电缆桥架双侧悬挑,结构受力合理,且能与桥梁等周边环境协调,同时电缆桥架的盖板 3、小型盖板 31 可打开,方便运行检修,施工简单,适用性强且利于推广,从而可以大大提高经济效益与环境效益。以上所述,只是本实用新型的较佳实施方式而已,但本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本实用新型的技术效果,都应落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。
