减少静电喷涂工艺中存在的隐患

      减少云南桥架静电喷涂工艺中存在的隐患，尝试各种方式研究和实验后，终于发现了一种可行方法——双重防腐蚀方法——电镀锌（经纯化）+粉末静电喷涂。把需要进行粉末静电喷涂的工件，首先按照电镀锌的工艺要求以及质量要求进行电镀锌以及纯化处理，然后进行粉末静电喷涂。但是不能电镀锌和纯化后的工件直接进行粉末静电喷涂，因为这样会产生如下的问题。

        第一图层在工件表面（即电镀层的表面）附着力不均匀，不稳定，局部受外力会产生小片状脱离，严重的时候会自动脱落。

        第二表面会局部产生微粒状物（已经排除粉末含杂质）表面不够光滑；

        第三图层局部产生泡和针孔

         以上这些缺陷都是粉末静电喷涂质量要求中不允许存在，经过半年的研究实验，找出原因是：钢制件的电镀锌以及纯化处理过程中，在工件表面会留存有机质化学放映中残留物质，当把带静电的粉末喷涂到这些工件表面后，送进炉中，升温160℃，保温15分钟进行固化处理时，这些残留物质会析出与粉末反应而产生以上的缺陷。

The first layer on the surface of the workpiece (that is, the surface of the electric coating) adhesion is not uniform, unstable, local external force will produce small flake detachment, serious will automatically fall off.

The second surface will locally produce particles (impurities in the powder have been excluded) the surface is not smooth;

The third layer produces bubbles and pinholes locally

These defects are not allowed in the quality requirements of powder electrostatic spraying. After half a year of research and experiment, the reasons are found: Electric galvanized, purification treatment process of steel pieces, will be retained in workpiece surface residual material in organic chemical screening, when the belt after the electrostatic powder coating to the surface, into the furnace, the temperature of 160 ℃, the heat preservation for 15 minutes during curing process, these residual substances will precipitate reaction with powder and produce the above defects.

        为了排除云南桥架厂家生产过程中这些原因需要做如下的处理：在进行粉末状静电喷涂前，把经过电镀锌和纯化处理的钢制件送进烘炉升温到200℃2小时出炉，自然冷却到室温。喷涂前，用布把工件表面抹一次，在按照规范进行粉末静电喷涂操作，就能得到表面光滑而且附着力好的防腐层。这样，在喷涂层与钢制件之间就会有一层锌存才，也是钢制加的一层防腐层，再不会形成氧化铁锈。如果在运输或者安装过程中产生了碰撞，点了一点喷涂层以后，露出的是表面有一层钝化膜的锌层，任然能够起到防腐蚀作用。
